Boost employee engagement by promoting a positive work environment and developing an inclusive culture. Create effective on boarding programs for new hires and succession plans for key job roles. Conduct performance appraisals and manage talent, ensuring maximised productivity and team morale. Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions. Oversee HR operational duties such as payroll, benefits, and HR policy implementations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the retail and hospitality industry to implement necessary changes and improvements. Build strong relationships with management and provide them with the necessary tools and training to handle their teams effectively. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and uphold the company's standards and values. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Your Profile: Previous experience as a People & Culture manager with exposure to the retail sector is desired Strong organisational and time-management skills.
