We are seeking a Podiatrist to join our professional Allied Health team at integratedliving, a not-for-profit community-based organisation.

The successful candidate will work from home as well as visiting clients in their own homes in and around the Ballarat region. There are full time and part time opportunities available.
* This role involves planning, implementing and evaluating services for clients to maintain & improve their health and independence.
* You will conduct initial and ongoing assessments involving direct client contact and clinical care.
* As a member of the team, you'll assess & understand the needs of clients and ensure that the client's needs are translated into a personal plan.
