This is an exciting time for an up-and-coming Marketing Manager with a ‘can-do’ attitude, looking to be heavily involved in supporting to roll out the new brand post launch.This role promises great variety as you work across both B2B and B2C marketing. You’ll focus on delivering marketing campaigns aimed at brand positioning and awareness, lead generation and nurture, recruitment and sales collateral and content curation/creation, all while considering the new brand. You won’t get bored.You will be leading the planning and execution of B2C and B2B marketing campaigns alongside the APAC Regional Marketing Manager and wider global marketing team, working closely with subject matter experts and playing a vital role in the delivery of the marketing strategy.Some of your exciting, everyday opportunities to shine will include:Helping develop, execute and lead the implementation of a stellar TTL marketing strategy to raise awareness of our brand among students across Asia Pacific.Working with our creative and digital departments to produce best-in-class creative campaigns across a multitude of channels: virtual and physical events, email marketing, social media, PPC, partnerships and content creation (video, blogs, PR).Becoming an expert in Gen Z consumer behaviour, continually adapting to evolving trends.Taking a lead role in defining your business unit’s brand platform and creative identity.Communicating with key stakeholders in Recruitment and managing relationships with our Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and China teams.Duties and Responsibilities:Support the APAC Regional Marketing Manager in rolling out newly branded materials post brand relaunch, in collaboration with the regional marketing teams.Champion the new brand among stakeholders and support them with the transition.Work closely with the APAC Recruitment team to increase brand awareness on campus with university students, through event promotion and career fair activities.Liaise with the APAC Sales team to increase brand awareness, generate new business leads and nurture existing clients through innovative B2B campaigns across various channels.Oversee the duties and career development of Marketing Executives in your team.Report quarterly and plan processes to inform our campaign activities and flex our marketing mix to meet business demands.Uphold the creative processes that govern our internal agency workflow, from best-in-class brief writing to project timeline mapping and inspiring our creative team.About YouThis is an ideal role for someone with specific Recruitment Marketing experience or an agency-side Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director looking to make the switch to an in-house role.The opportunity to join a team of passionate, results-driven marketing professionals who love what they do!This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to dive into multiple projects and work across a variety of audiences, markets, and marketing channels.Our diverse marketing department are huge advocates of inclusivity.
