About the Role
The HR Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing administrative tasks, supporting processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Work laws. The role will be the go-to person for the employees and for addressing their queries and will be able to support and enhance employee experience by facilitating communication and contributing to a positive workplace environment. The role will also manage the full recruitment cycle, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, onboarding and offboarding.
Selection Criteria:
* Three (3) years of human resources (HR) experience in the not-for-profit sector.
* A can-do proactive attitude with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues.
* Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
* Maintain current “Working with Vulnerable People” registration.
* Approved Certificate IV in Human Resource Management.
