Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Brand & Product Marketing team on a 10-month FTC. In your new Marketing role, you will be working across Bank and Insurance, to deliver a range of campaigns including managing paid media campaigns in both mass and digital channels as well as targeted marketing email campaigns. You will also be responsible for ongoing optimisations and performance reporting.

About the role:
·Deliver effective marketing campaigns from the conception, design, writing and production and implementation phase, adhering to brand guidelines and all relevant marketing strategies.
·Leverage data and insights to inform campaign targeting and messaging
·Create and foster effective and valued relationships with the marketing team and broader stakeholders across the Group as well as agency partners.
·Maintain efficient and effective work practices including attending regular schedule of work-in-progress meetings, maintaining a transparent communication of status on all campaigns, undertaking quality checks, legal and brand compliance as well as timely performance reporting, analysis and optimisations.
·Managing budgets and financial processes
About you:
·3 – 5 years demonstrated experience in marketing and/or advertising services
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copywriting
·Well-developed communication skills including the capacity to influence and negotiate
·Strong problem solving and time management skills
·Good computer skills, including use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
·Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Salesforce (or a similar CRM)
·Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software packages
·Contributes to a collaborative and supportive team dynamic
Desirable:
·University degree in relevant study area
·Previous experience in Financial Services Marketing
·Basic understanding of Google Adwords platform (for reporting, not implementation)
·Experience using InDesign and Photoshop
