This role serves some of our regional NSW customers and will suit you if you live in the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region.In this role you will act as brand ambassador for our iconic brand, ensuring professional representation of our constantly evolving portfolio of products across four channels – hardware, automotive, industrial & retail. You will drive sales in your territory by building collaborative, winning relationships with key stakeholders to deliver business and category growth.What would be your Key Responsibilities?Managing and growing sales in your territory to ensure delivery of sales volume growth and key sales KPI's.Creating and implementing business plans for your customers.Implementing both national and local promotional activities across our four channels.Developing strong and influential relationships with our customers to deliver solutions which accelerate customer engagement and create customer loyalty for life!Taking our customers on a learning journey to ensure they are well versed in KINCROME products.What are we looking for?Proven sales experience is required and your ability to thrive in a disciplined and structured sales administration role is a must.Strong attention to detail, a focus on accuracy and the ability to stick to a plan is essential.Proven B2B sales and account management experience in a similar industry is ideal.Demonstrated selling and negotiation skills along with an ability to build strong and influential relationships.Ability to effectively prioritise work, adapt to competing demands and to go the extra mile by attending trade shows, events etc.A current driver's licence is a must.Proficient in using Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, CRM, etc.Sound Presentation skills.Be rewarded with a competitive salary + super + commission scheme + TOIL (Time Off In Lieu) + fully-maintained company vehicle + iPhone + laptop.
