Electronic Warfare Researcher SA, Adelaide Electrical Engineering 16223BR About us: Lockheed Martin Australia Advanced Systems & Technologies (AST) is Lockheed Martin's first dedicated multi-disciplinary research organisation to be set up outside of the US and conducts research in artificial intelligence, signal and image processing, communication systems, and multidomain operations to deliver exciting outcomes that advance Australian capability. We maintain strong local and international partnerships with academia, government, and wider industry to execute R&D from conceptual prototyping through to simulated and/or live trials. AST is actively working in the area of radar and electronic warfare to support both internal research projects and contracts with the Australian government. Your responsibilities will include: As an Electronic Warfare Research Engineer, you will be at the forefront of cutting-edge research and product development. Your role will focus on signal processing research for electronic support, leveraging a range of interdisciplinary fields, from Computer Science and Signal Processing to Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics, to push the boundaries of technology. About you: Knowledge, experience and expertise in one or more of the following domains and associated technology areas: Signal and /or image processing; Electronic warfare Sensor systems (imaging, radar, other); Machine learning Software development skills in Python, MATLAB, C++ or similar. PhD or equivalent experience in addition to mathematical or scientific tertiary qualifications.
