About the role As the Sales Support Team Leader, you will oversee the operations and people management of a dedicated Sales Support team. You will drive team performance, ensure compliance, and support Property Consultants in delivering exceptional service. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in team development and process improvements.
