As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart New Lambton:
* Work in a close-knit team in our small 44-place service
* Lead a team of educators in our Toddler room
* Up to 4 hours of off the floor programming time per week
* Beautiful inner-city suburb of Newcastle, with plenty of shops nearby

You’ll need:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current NSW Working with Children Check
