The role focuses on managing risk associated with our legal contracts (leases) and guiding Leasing Executives and external solicitors to deliver outcomes in GPT's best interests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing lease-related documentation, including letters of offer, disclosure statements, negotiation letters, and instructions to solicitors.
* Coordinating the execution and registration of leases between parties in line with compliance and risk obligations.
* Responding to lease negotiation requests from external solicitors.
* Maintaining reporting and auditing on document status and outstanding matters relating to the asset.
Requirements:
* Significant experience in a comparable lease administration, legal, or retail administration related role.
* Commercial acumen, drive, and ambition for commercial property management.
* Paralegal experience highly valued.
* Excellent communication skills and intermediate level proficiency in the core Microsoft Office suite.
