Your new role As a Client Service Representative, you will play a pivotal client-facing role, supporting a close-knit team in fostering and strengthening client relationships. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Ensuring systems and processes are executed efficiently and effectively Delivering outstanding customer service to existing clients while proactively developing new business relationships Managing inbound and outbound calls related to enquiries, orders, products, transport, and accounts Reviewing and adhering to safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards Overseeing client management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless transaction processing Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate for the Client Service Representative role will demonstrate:
A strong sales-driven mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment A background in the building industry, providing valuable industry knowledge and insight Meticulous attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment What you'll get in return You'll receive a competitive salary with potential bonuses dependent on company performance, and you'll be eligible for 14% super if our client's superfund is preferred.
