DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Manager for our Global Inwards - Corporate Risk team The successful candidate will be responsible for and have experience in all aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of incoming network accounts, liaising with our overseas producing offices and providing high-level advice, guidance, and execution of global program solutions appropriate to individual client requirements, including negotiation with local insurers. There will also be responsibilities for managing some Corporate clients. You will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and have a strong service ethic to ensure quality service is consistently delivered to our clients. The candidate will also help generate new business opportunities and contribute to the success of the team. You will be able to work comfortably to achieve challenging individual and team targets and agreed service level agreements.The Role Manage a book of incoming network accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.Responsible for managing some Corporate clients in addition to incoming network accounts.Support the Account Director where required.Collaborate with and support WTW network offices globally.Develop and maintain business relationships with clients and insurers, both new and existing.Handle all aspects of client servicing to maintain and grow an existing book of business.Deliver superior client service by demonstrating exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.Promote the WTW brand within the insurance industry locally, nationally, and internationally.Adhere to WTW Multinational Rules, outlining responsibilities and timeliness standards between our WTW "home office" team and our international network.Analyze clients' existing international insurance, making recommendations to refine and optimize clients' insurance programs.Provide a network of specialist advisors working with carriers to follow proven best practice protocols.Provide proactive support for claims advocacy.Work across different business units to achieve sales targets.Assist the Account Director in managing and mentoring staff and identifying business growth opportunities.Develop a collaborative and cohesive team.QualificationsThe Requirements You have experience as an Account Manager in the insurance or insurance broking industryYou are proficient in Word and Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPointYou possess outstanding oral and written communication skills, whether communicating one-on-one or in groupsYou demonstrate excellent time management skills to stay ahead of your schedule and workloadYou have a proven track record of excellent client, insurance market, and other stakeholder relationshipsYou are able to understand and meet clients' needs effectivelyYou hold a minimum Tier 1 (insurance broking) qualification and demonstrate commercial acumenYou are a team player, contributing to the development of colleaguesYou possess a clear drive, ambition, and focus on excellence #J-18808-Ljbffr
