Description Your new role will allow you to showcase your investment compliance technical skills in servicing our Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) region. You will also bring with you your relevant experience in post-trade investment compliance monitoring services, sound knowledge of financial instruments including derivatives and good understanding of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) requirements. As an Investment Compliance Reporting - Analyst within our ANZ Investment Information Services ("IIS") business, you will manage client engagements, oversee report deliveries, and promote client changes and strategic initiatives. As a part of our global Data Solutions Operations team, you will be responsible for a variety of solutions in servicing our institutional clients for the region. Job responsibilities Manage client engagements including queries, change requests, onboarding projects and RFP initiatives Provide oversight governance of reporting deliveries in accordance to client SLAs. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of our post-trade investment monitoring service by ensuring that investment rules are coded in accordance to investment guidelines. Breaches are properly investigated and resolved in a timely manner Work with internal and external stakeholders in building our service capabilities and be able to provide subject matter expertise in representation of our business Collaborate with Product and Business leads in the launch of new services for Investment Compliance Reporting and ESG products Involve in client workshops and industry changes related to our business - be able to represent our region for global product and operational engagements Manage regional and global projects by steering ANZ implementation from initial design to execution/implementation of the project life-cycle (including system/vendor migrations, testing and implementation) Understand industry practices, applicable product development and evolving regulations impacting investment guidelines and ESG trends for our clients Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Fund Services/Asset management operations or relevant industry Bachelor Degree in related discipline (such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics and Business) Prior experience in ex-post investment compliance monitoring, be able to interpret investment guidelines and explain identified breaches in a sound manner Excellent financial instrument and market knowledge, specifically for the ANZ market Be able to demonstrate knowledge in managing complex business and operations process, system change and client build engagements Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience in Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting and familiar with regulatory trends Have strong control/risk mindset and can demonstrate good knowledge of operational controls, processes and requirements
