Full job descriptionAbout Us:Launcelot Pty Ltd is a South Australian wine export and import company, dedicated to delivering premium Australian wines and beverages to international markets. We offer ODM services, facilitating private label wine production from renowned South Australian and Australian wine regions.We are currently seeking an experienced Export and Import Specialist/Manager to support our expanding operations and play a key role in managing our global supply chain.Position Overview:The Export and Import Specialist/Manager will manage Launcelot’s end-to-end import/export processes, overseeing everything from client relations and product customisation to regulatory compliance and logistics coordination.Role Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end import/export process, coordinating logistics, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and handling all necessary customs documentation. Collaborate closely with clients on ODM projects, from product and label design to packaging and shipping, ensuring all products meet destination country standards. Liaising with local and overseas suppliers and clients about orders and products. Overseeing the display and sale of sample products and preparation of product information for clients. Arranging the shipping of goods into and out of the country. Handle all necessary documentation for customs clearance and regulatory compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors to support seamless operations and client satisfaction. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in key international markets, and support product and pricing strategies.Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in export/import operations, preferably within the wine or FMCG sector. Knowledge of international trade laws, tariffs, and customs requirements. Strong skills in negotiation and communication to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with logistics or ERP software.
