About the company:
Our client is an ASX listed gold producer with a larger number of assets across WA and overseas. They are currently looking for an experienced underground Senior Mine Planning Engineer to work at one of their flagship operations, being part of a large and highly successful technical services team. The site is widely known to have a strong culture, a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes, and great camp facilities.
About the role:
This role will see you overseeing and reviewing all mine designs, conducting and leading all aspects of the short- and medium-term planning departments. You will deliver monthly and quarterly mining forecast physicals and mining schedules. Furthermore, you will be responsible for producing and delivering 13-week mill schedules and updating all mining costs quarterly.

About you:
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Mining Engineering, proven underground hard rock experience, and a strong understanding of the DESWIK suite. Possessing a WA First Class Certificate of Competency would be looked upon highly favorably. You must have full and current working rights in Australia.
