About Goodstart Dalby
Join our passionate Early Childhood Education team in a centrally located, community-focused centre in the heart of Dalby. Nestled within a church and split into two buildings, our 74-place centre provides tailored care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years, in age-segregated rooms designed to meet their unique needs and interests.
Our team fosters a welcoming and supportive culture. We celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage and embrace learning through hands-on experiences, from sensory and cognitive play to gardening and cultural reflection.

We’re currently seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team, bringing passion, energy, and a love for nurturing young minds.
Meet our Centre Director – Sandra Lee
Sandra brings over 7 years of experience in the early childhood industry and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. Her extensive background in various leadership roles has equipped her with the skills to create a safe, supportive environment where children are empowered to learn, grow, and explore. Sandra believes that every child is a unique individual and deserves the opportunity to develop their strengths, interests, and abilities in a nurturing, respectful environment. She welcomes you to visit and looks forward to meeting each family personally!

You’ll need:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
