Woods & Co Recruitment is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our client’s team within the housing division, specialising in community housing upgrades.
If you're a hands-on leader with robust organisational and project management skills, this could be the ideal position for you.
The successful candidate will have experience as a supervisor within the trades industry and previously manage projects whilst overseeing various trades.

Key Responsibilities:
* Scope and obtain quotes for a variety of works across multiple contracts.
* Liaise with clients to ensure project requirements are identified and delivered to their satisfaction.
* Prepare and implement detailed Project Management Plans.
* Ensure Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines are always followed.
* Allocate tasks to field technicians and subcontractors, monitor progress, and conduct quality inspections prior to handover.
* Manage budgets, forecasting, and ensure job-specific profitability.
* Approve suppliers' invoices and manage purchase order systems.
* Prepare all job documentation and ensure compliance for final project sign-off.
* Conduct general repairs and maintenance as needed.
What do you need?
* Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role, with an understanding of financial management.
* Proven experience in supervising staff and delivering projects within fixed timeframes.
* Strong communication and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage teams and thrive in high-pressure environments.
* Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
