About the team
Our Technology team is the backbone of the business, building and maintaining the information technology infrastructure that support Coles Group. As a part of the Technology team, you get the opportunity to work through complex, challenging, meaningful problems using large data sets and new technologies to expand your skills and experience.
About the role
Responsible for resource management (planning, supply and development of people) of the Strategy & Architecture team as well as strong architecture governance across the Coles group.
Some key responsibilities include:
* Organising and ensuring the efficient running of architecture governance forums
* Lead, manage and deliver internal projects as required by Leadership
* Responsible for the processing of invoices and review of monthly time charges across vendors.
* Responsible for the agenda and chairing of the LT meetings on a weekly basis, inviting guest speakers and managing output /actions.
* Responsible for the Strategy & Architecture All Hands meeting – working with Leads on presentations and pulling material together.
* Accountable for individual and team compliance with company values, policies and procedures (including Coles Code of Conduct) and all applicable external laws and regulations
About you & your skills:
* 2+ years experience managing technology related governance including communications, forum management and reporting
* 5+ years experience in resource management including hybrid delivery environments for both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies in a complex enterprise environment (i.e. conflicting demand with supply challenges)
* 3+ years experience in learning & development type roles, improvement of people/teams
* Experience with working in large organisations across multiple teams.
* The ability to communicate, influence, collaborate and lead teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes
* Someone who is self-sufficient and can lead with little or minimum supervision
* A Visionary who can implement new ways of working and practices
* Someone who is adaptable and pick up new projects/work as required
* No formal tertiary degree of qualification required
