Our client, a renowned ASX-listed organisation, is a leader in their field with a track record of growth, driven by a highly entrepreneurial culture. They are looking for a dedicated Customer Success professional to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for corporate clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and accurately through phone, email, and live chat. Collaborating with internal teams, your duties will include:
* Triage escalations and manage customer issues.
* Approve orders and process payment refund requests.
* Deliver detailed product information and support to customers.
You will be working with leaders who pride themselves on upskilling their team and as such there is an opportunity to transition into a Client Success Specialist or Sales role after 12 months.
Skills and experience:
* Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally within a high-speed environment.
* Exceptional communication skills, polite phone manner and excellent written English skills.
* Adaptability and a proactive approach to resolving customer queries.
* A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
