About role
As a Lead Automation Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing developers to identify, build and deliver automated solutions. You will be working in an agile environment and leading the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will also be expected to bring your industry experience with intelligent automation tools and contribute to an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
5. Strong experience in end-to-end lifecycle implementation of Low-Code, Robotic Process Automation or Cognitive Automation technologies, including BluePrism, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform or AWS AI & ML (Certifications are a plus)
6. Provide technical and architectural oversight over the development and testing of automated solutions using RPA tools like Blue Prism and related enabling technologies
7. Solid understanding of Blue Prism Infrastructure and Robotic Operating Model (ROM)
8. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to clearly comprehend and document requirements and present solutions effectively to business stakeholders
9. Solid understanding of technology and architecture concepts, including OCR, AI, chatbots, virtual agents, and human-in-the-loop/attended automation tools.

10. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
11. Tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business related discipline and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
