Their commitment and expertise are key pillars in ARTC's journey towards a more sustainable, efficient, and successful future.About the OpportunityThe Contract Performance Specialist will support, coordinate and facilitate the post execution management of ARTC contracts to ensure:Adherence to ARTC's values, processes and procedures;Internal customers are satisfied with the delivery of services/materials;Supplier and Contract scorecards and dashboards are maintained, and performance issues are managed in accordance with ARTC's business principles;Supplier relationship management activities are completed to understand and address supplier performance;Securities and insurance obligations are managed and maintained;Contractual amendments and variations are managed effectively.What do we want from you?To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:Demonstrated experience in contract administration, contract management and supplier relationship management in a medium/large sized company, preferably involving supply contracts and panel arrangements;A good understanding of Work Health and Safety obligations and safety in construction;Well-developed skills in commercial acumen, negotiation, influencing and problem solving;Understanding of basic contract principles and main forms of contract.
