You will develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring the alignment to short and long-term objectives and the Co-operative's strategic goals. Working in conjunction with the board and the executive team you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of all plans to ensure a sustainable future for the Co-operative. You will lead and motivate all direct reports and ensure that these managers are in turn leading and motivating their team. You will prioritise employee engagement to ensure the managerial team are meeting and exceeding expectations.What will you be doing? Guide the Co-operative to remain sustainable for long-term growth and develop and drive strategy.Develop and maintain a roadmap for implementation of the strategy.Facilitate great meetings, working closely with the executive team, coaching, managing, and mentoring them.Lead and foster a co-operative and collaborative culture ensuring staff satisfaction is high, leading to quality output and staff retention.Grow the Co-operative across Australia, giving careful consideration to promoting Dnister and generating growth opportunities across the Ukrainian and Latvian diaspora.Immerse yourself and collaborate with the Ukrainian and Latvian communities.Be a leader in financial services, preferably, in the banking sector. You will have experience in dealing with legislative and regulatory compliance; have an understanding of APRA compliance standards; and be willing to minimise the risk for Dnister.Who are we looking for?
