About the Role
Under the general direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, this role is responsible for providing essential coordination and administrative support across the Sales and Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving revenue and profit targets through effective execution of marketing and brand initiatives.
* Support both B2C and B2B sales strategies.
* Streamline department operations and ensure smooth communication.
* Implement strategies to enhance the resort's visibility and market presence.
Day-to-Day Activities
* Maintain a professional appearance by adhering to hotel guidelines for presentation, grooming, and punctuality.
* Foster positive relationships within the Sales and Marketing team and across other departments.
* Manage the departmental calendar and ensure smooth communication regarding team movements and visitor coordination.
* Support the Director of Sales and the broader team by assisting with weekly briefings, report submissions, and general administrative tasks.
* Handle various marketing materials and assist in the execution of promotional activities.
* Coordinate site inspections and special events for VIP guests.
* Track client inquiries and assist in creating and maintaining content for the resort's marketing platforms.
* Ensure all promotional materials align with brand standards.
* Stay informed about hotel activities and monitor competitor campaigns.
* Support financial tasks, such as processing requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices.
* Aid in the preparation of proposals and contracts.
* Maintain a focus on health and safety standards, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
