The Opportunity
In this role, you will engage with prospective students, new applicants, and commencing students, offering timely information, advice, and support. Your efforts will be crucial in creating a supportive experience from initial interest to enrolment, with a strong emphasis on personalised communication and engagement activities.

You will
* implement and manage outbound campaigns and engagement activities to connect with future students. Provide essential information about UniSC programs and support services to those in the application stages, ensuring a smooth transition into university life;
* contribute to the design and delivery of campaigns aligned with student needs and engagement goals. Create and edit call scripting, materials, and communication strategies to encourage student engagement; and
* identify and coordinate personalised engagement activities for prospective students facing barriers to enrolment. Offer trauma-informed guidance, fostering a positive introduction to the university experience, with tailored follow-up and connections to support services as needed.
About you
You possess strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a proven ability to prioritise your workload and balance competing deadlines effectively. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Your commitment to providing excellent customer service shines in fast-paced environments, where you excel at building positive relationships with prospective and new students, as well as academic and professional staff, fostering a unified approach to enhance the student experience. Additionally, your strong analytical skills enable you to address multiple priorities, identify effective solutions, and adapt seamlessly to a dynamic work environment.
You will possess:
* completion of a degree or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, or training;
* demonstrated strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills to deliver successful communication strategies and/or outbound campaigns with a focus on student engagement;
* high level of digital literacy, including extensive experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, to support data analysis, reporting, and campaign insights; and
* a demonstrated understanding of the challenges facing tertiary institutions when communicating with students, and the ability to empathise and refer students to accurate support services appropriately and efficiently.
