The successful applicant will provide general clerical and administrative support, including preparing correspondence, newsletters, notices, and other materials in a timely manner.The successful applicant will also distribute and collect documents, forms, and mail, collect and receipt monies, operate and maintain office equipment, input data and generate reports, arrange catering for school functions, make travel arrangements for staff, assist with maintenance of school facilities, and support student-related activities such as maintaining attendance records and assisting with student enrolment procedures.
