A diverse role supporting with livestock sales processing, administration & customer service.Full-Time Role (40 hours a week)Bunbury WA locationWe are currently seeking an efficient Administration professional to join our livestock support team based at our Bunbury, WA branch.The role is a Full-Time role, requiring the successful candidate to work 40 hours per week.About the Opportunity:Reporting to the Senior Livestock Administration Manager, the role is responsible for ensuring accounting and livestock administration activities are conducted in an accurate & timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:Processing livestock sales and administration; commercial, stud auction and clearing sales.Attending and assisting with saleyard and on-property sales where required.Performing all aspects of livestock administration including advertising for the preparation of on-farm sales; signage, brochures, ad-hoc collateral.Collecting and processing all livestock and wool reports, and sharing with relevant stakeholders.Managing vendor and purchaser accounts relevant to all livestock transactions.Collecting and processing all livestock reports and sharing with relevant stakeholders.Assisting with ad hoc branch activities where needed.A little about you:To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture.
