Operations Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee Patrol and Van audits, staffing levels, and performance standards, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Monitor & Optimise Performance – Track Patrol performance & KPIs, proactively addressing shortfalls and notifying management of any potential gaps.
* Manage Scheduling & Compliance – Oversee RAC scheduling requirements, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and coordinate vehicle preparation, including registrations and equipment setup.
* Investigate & Resolve Issues – Handle roadside complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous operational improvements.
* Support Management & Daily Operations – Provide on-call assistance on a rotational basis, maintain records and systems, and contribute to various ad hoc projects.
* Drive Collaboration & Leadership – Build strong relationships with internal teams and conduct regular operational meetings with RAC representatives.
Requirements:
* Administrative Expertise – Proven experience in record-keeping, system management, and compliance auditing.
* Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to analyse issues, identify solutions, and implement effective strategies.
* Strong Communication & Leadership – Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and support management decisions.
* Time Management & Accountability – Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining efficiency and quality.
* Technical & Compliance Knowledge – Understanding of KPIs, scheduling, vehicle operations, and industry standards.
