Overview (Text Only)As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are looking for a Facilities Specialist who will manage the daily facility services across all Foot Locker stores and corporate locations in Australia and New Zealand. With a client-focused mindset, the position will be responsible for managing the facilities expense maintenance and renovation and repair budgets, as well as relationship management of landlord and vendor partnerships according to the applicable local regulations and laws of each country Foot Locker operates in Australia and New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the operational direction and planning of maintenance, repairs, and renovations in facility services for the Head Office located in Brisbane and retail stores across Australia and New Zealand.Manage and utilise the annual budget, making savings and using initiatives effectively.Drive and oversee all repairs and maintenance (R&M) in line with policies, procedures, and local legislation.Facilitate R&M and damage caused by working with both landlords and building owners.Process all administration pertaining to repairs and renovations, including invoice allocation into internal portals.Manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget.This is an individual contributor role and no travel will be required; all activities are managed remotely.QualificationsExperience managing facilities or alternatively a property management background will be highly regarded.
