About the Role
The Learning and Development Team drives the creation and execution of modern learning strategies, frameworks, policies, and programs to enhance CFA's capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of 6-7 Coordinators and Administrators to implement the regional learning plan.
* Oversee training plans, systems, and team alignment with key initiatives.
* Build partnerships, standardize service delivery, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement and transformation.
The Lead Regional Learning and Development (LRLD) collaborates with the Manager of Learning and Development to shape the regional learning strategy, ensuring CFA members are skilled to manage emergencies per Victoria's Emergency Management Arrangements.
About You
* Tertiary qualifications in training, education and/or leadership are highly desirable.
* Proven leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to obtain effective cooperation and contribution from stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, knowledge management, research, and outcome and evidence-based program design.

$110,000 - $130,000 per annum depending on experience
