We are looking for a Field Service Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

o Experience in desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
o Proficiency in networking, storage, video conferencing systems, and other IT infrastructure.
o Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform hardware swap outs using available site stock.
o Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
o Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays for high-priority tasks.
o Commitment to safety and compliance with all customer site requirements.
Requirements:

o Support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, Skype/MS Teams telephony, and peripherals.
o Provide touch services to support Wintel, Networking, Storage, Audio Visual Systems, and Video Conferencing facilities.
o Coordinate activities with other suppliers to resolve incidents or service requests.
o Assist with computer room shutdowns and maintenance activities.
o Provide support for network-attached printers and Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), including configuration and setup.
o Perform scheduled site activities, including environmental checks, asset audits, and hardware troubleshooting.
o Deliver 1st and 2nd level desktop and application support, including hardware swap outs and software diagnostics.
