You'll provide professional and friendly service, ensuring the Reception area operates smoothly and remains welcoming and accessible.
This role requires excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to handle varying shift schedules with ease.
As a Customer Service Officer - Reception in the Reception Team, you'll make a positive impact by: Greeting hospital visitors and assisting with wayfinding and general enquiries Managing Reception area presentation and assisting with car parking information Responding to hospital emergencies in line with the Emergency Management Plan Ensuring Reception operates effectively by supporting courier deliveries and handling calls Providing support to non-English speaking visitors through access to translation services Serco is a place for you You are friendly, professional, and focused on customer care.
