As the Shut Down Planner you will be responsible for the planning and coordination of programs and activities necessary to seamlessly alter the configuration of critical facilities infrastructure, systems and equipment on the OASIS program. This position plays an integral role within a diverse and complex work environment that is responsible for the management and control of critical infrastructure configuration, and is a key advisor of the Project, O&M and customer teams across the Program Site.
Responsibilities/Duties
Lead the development, review and update of configuration and procedural documentation.
Plan, coordinate, and administer tasks in support of critical infrastructure configuration change
Prepare, develop, update and manage documentation relevant to facility standard configuration
Review and provide technical advice on proposed changes to facility infrastructure and systems, from general concepts through to detailed IFC designs.
Support stakeholder engagement, communication and requirement definition
Develop and implement change management practices for critical infrastructure
Support the integration, coordination, compilation and communication of technical information, recommendations and advice relevant to facility infrastructure, systems and equipment
Provide technical recommendations, input, direction and advice on facilities system, infrastructure and equipment reliability, operation, maintenance and life-cycle management
Ensure compliance with all site environmental health and safety requirements
Any other reasonable duties as requested.

Certificate IV, relevant Trades Certificate or equivalent - Field: Any relevant or related discipline

PMP Certification

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
It is a condition of employment at JDFPG that employees obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role. The employee will/may require a TSPV Department of Defense Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance.
