We are rapidly recruiting technical support engineers in Australian and overseas. We have created this position for a standalone person for all HR activities. This is a permanent full-time position.
About the role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a standalone HR Manager position and is suitable for a seasoned HR professional The position requires a strong generalist, who can provide support with IT, sales and administrative recruitment targeting both Australian and overseas labour markets. The HR Manager implements and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes CMCS Networks core values, and the recruitment and on-going development of a superior workforce. As a standalone position, there will be administrative duties required.

Skills and experience
•Minimum 5 years’ HR experience required.
•Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the unique needs of CMTG.
•Provide strategic guidance and support to senior management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, employment costs, performance management, and risk mitigation.
•Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
•Ability to communicate with employees across diverse cultures and build capabilities across all levels.
•Collaborate with the leadership team and senior management to identify organisational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
•Implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee engagement.
•Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and senior management offering insights and recommendations to minimise risk; and promote compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
•Maintain occupational health and safety programs, ensuring compliance.
•Perform management and remuneration review’s.
•Operational risks and controls are managed in accordance with CMTG Standards.
•Maintain and examine recruitment methods and platforms in overseas markets.
