ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will engage in the execution of product line initiatives and key Sales and Marketing processes to support the commercial function and help deliver sales targets. You will assist in growing the overall product sales, optimizing the current products, and play a key role in the introduction of new products to meet market needs.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Provide daily support to commercial teams in the form of pricing, information and expert knowledge, ensuring products are recommended that are fit for purpose.
* Support key pricing processes including maintenance of quotation tools, price lists, Price Fx maintenance, and others.
* Data collection and analysis for monthly reporting.
* Systems management that supports our Commercial Team including Salesforce.com.
* Application of tactical initiatives and engagement with 3rd party end users.
* Support and provide data inputs for the sales and operating plan (S&OP) process and Demand Reviews.
* Regional Sales Processes - Customer Experience and Customer Mapping.
* Salesforce.com local maintenance and help desk support to our Commercial team in the field.
* Coordination and support of Product Launches, item maintenance, and data hygiene.
* Administration support to the Commercial team including conference planning like trade shows and travel arrangements.
* Support our product quality investigations and sample requests.
* General administrative support to the wider business which may include front office duties, reception, and customer service.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
* Preferred tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
* 3 - 5 years of experience as Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Sales & Marketing Administrator / Sales and Marketing Coordinator.
* Previous experience within the printing, label, and packaging industry, dealing with converters, key target market customers, and end-users is desirable.
* Candidates with a B2B business environment involving a regional Supply Chain is also preferred.
* An excellent communicator with a sales & marketing flair.
* Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
* Highly focused on, and experienced in, delivering the concepts of service excellence and value creation.
* Well-developed knowledge of the latest marketing, business development, and sales strategies and their potential impact on business performance.
* High level of technical skills and effective utilization of leading-edge marketing, business development, and problem-solving tools and techniques.
