The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to provide operations leadership at our Benalla Branch. This role involves building a strong, customer-focused team that delivers exceptional service and drives business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure consistency, cost-effectiveness, and practical outcomes.
2. Build long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
3. Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.
4. Lead and coach team members to achieve outstanding results and grow profitable relationships.
5. Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Make sound decisions and resolve problems effectively.
7. Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform business decisions.
8. Oversee purchasing, inventory control, credit control, and security maintenance.
9. Liaise with other branches and the Branch Support Centre to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
10. Balance and bank daily cash receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
