Retail & Institutional clients Assist Distribution team Delivery of best-practice client service Platinum Pacific Partners are excited to be exclusively partnering with a prestigious and well-known global fund manager who manages assets for both institutions and private investors. They are seeking to appoint a Client Service Associate who is passionate about best-practice client interaction. In this role, you will operate as key member of the distribution team, primarily taking responsibility for managing client enquiries, and other activities as necessary to support strategies in the Australian market. The position also supports the Distribution team through providing feedback to the BDMs for business development opportunities and providing assistance with reporting. Key accountabilities: Delivery of best-practice client servicing standards to investors, third party distributors, advisors and platform providers Answering calls and emails from the Client Services line and inbox Providing product and performance information, researching technical queries, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders Build strong and effective relationships through your liaison with unit registries Complete customer due diligence requirements as requested Distribution support – provide leads and feedback to the BDMs and assist the distribution team with platform reporting, inflow/outflow reporting, managing rebates, platform invoices/agreements and disclosure updates CRM management (Salesforce) – ensuring CRM data is accurate and current For your application to be successful, we are looking for : Minimum of 2 years’ experience in client services, unit registry or adviser service role from within financial services Understanding of managed funds product structures Interest in and knowledge of financial markets Strong client service focus Self-directed and able to work as part of a team Strong communication skills – written and verbal Ability to identify, think critically, and apply a solution-oriented approach when confronted with problem or challenges Good negotiation skills Ability to handle competing priorities RG146 compliant (or prepared to work towards) To explore further, please send your resume in confidence.
