What will your day look like?
Manage a team of in-office and field-based employment relations experts. You will make sure that the team is supporting small to medium businesses across Australia with their complex ER/HR challenges.
Typical responsibilities include:
Manage and support the wider team with your expertise in Employment/Industrial relations.
Conduct seminars and other marketing opportunities, which may include media appearances, as allocated to you, in a professional manner.
Look for opportunities to grow the team and the overall department.
Work with and support other areas of the business, including our employment relations advise team.
Your story so far
The perfect fit for this role will have:
Prior demonstrated experience running employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management.
Prior experience managing ER/HR professionals.
A strong understanding and working knowledge of National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret the Australian Modern Award systems.
Developed good commercial acumen in a professional environment.
A degree in HR or equivalent (Industrial Relations, Employment Law etc.).
