Job Description
* Sell and stimulate demand for Consumer Business Unit products with customers in the metro and regional territories of Victoria, targeting 'front of store' contacts to achieve and/or exceed sales budgets.
* Develop strong relationships throughout all levels of a customer's business, understanding key drivers and opportunities within the business.
* Identify and build relationships in the territory through working closely with major customers and facilitating end user conversions through trade events and joint sales calls.
* Analyse territory, market, sales, and customer performance data to enable alignment of sales plans, resolve issues, and identify improvements.
Requirements
* Territory sales representative experience
* Ability to confidently close sales, expand business, and establish new accounts
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* High standard of oral and written communication, including product demonstrations
* Numerical literacy and analytical skills
* Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
