Roles like this don't come around often.
This is your chance to step up, take ownership, and play a key part in driving the grain marketing strategy and supply chain arm of Lawson Grains, a well-respected corporate farming business based in Albury.
We're talking real impact, real career growth, and a team that actually has your back.
No micromanagement here—just solid support, mentoring from some of the best in the ag industry, and a company that genuinely puts its people first.
If you're ready to make this role your own, they're ready for you.
We're on the hunt for a Grain Marketing Coordinator to manage the logistics and execution of grain contracts, ensuring a seamless flow from farm to end users.
This isn't just about ticking boxes—it's about building strong relationships, staying across every detail, and making sure everything runs smoothly from paddock to plate (or feedlot, or export).
You'll work closely with brokers, buyers, and internal farm teams, managing logistics and contracts, reconciling movements, cross-checking invoices, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
You'll also play a crucial role in reporting on grain positions and market updates, keeping stakeholders informed across the wider business.
To thrive in this role, you'll need a sharp eye for detail, spotting errors before they become problems.
You'll take responsibility and run with it, treating this role like your own business.
As this is an admin-heavy role with plenty of phone time, strong communication skills are essential—you won't shy away from a conversation when things need to get done.
You'll also be involved in weekly marketing meetings with brokers, shaping the businesses grain marketing strategy, leveraging the expertise of the Grain Marketing and Supply Chain Manager and CEO, and making nimble decisions as the market shifts.
You might currently be in a logistics role within the ag space and looking for your next big move.
Or you've got a few years of experience in grain logistics, marketing, or supply chain and are ready to step up.
Either way, you understand the ins and outs of the industry, love farming, and appreciate the scale and opportunity that comes with working for a corporate farming business like Lawson Grains.
Ag is in your blood, and you want to be part of something big while still working with a team that feels like family.
