CS Executive Group currently have a number of Senior and Mid-level Systems Engineering opportunities for individuals with a Defence Capability background looking for the opportunity to work on new and exciting programs! Ideally, you will have Defence industry and/or Defence prime experience with the ability to: Join a multi-disciplinary and diverse team developing capability and concept documentation for joint and domain platform programs. Advise on and/or develop needs and requirements analysis documentation, FIC, Operational and interoperability requirements. Develop end-to-end systems engineering artefacts and documentation requirements working alongside capability and project managers from project initiation to integration. Exposure or experience in leading co-development activities, Test and Evaluation development plans, quality assurance and technical reports. Lead and/or contribute to the development of technical briefs and committee submissions. Undertake system design analysis, integration, regulatory and compliance requirements for platform development and service integration. Successful candidates will possess: Tertiary Qualifications in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, etc.)or equivalent industry experience. Previous Defence experience in the technical design, assessment and scoping of capability platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. General attributes Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision. The ability to think strategically and demonstrate sound judgement and initiative. Respond positively to change, support others and commit to action. Apply technical knowledge, expertise and skills.
