Job Description
In this role, you will create a welcoming experience for our guests from arrival to departure through thoughtful, personable, and genuine hospitality. You’ll handle requests with a smile, ensure accurate reservations and billing, and play a key part in maximizing occupancy and revenue. Additionally, you'll manage phone calls, coordinate transportation and luggage services, recommend local attractions, and assist with portering duties as required.

Qualifications

* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
* Strong computer skills, with experience in Opera Cloud being highly beneficial
* Available to work within a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays and nights
