WFH Flexibality Start after Easter - contract until July Supportive Team Skillforce Recruitment is currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to support our client on the Kwinana Bulk Terminal Clinker Import Circuit project.This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-profile infrastructure project with 3–4 months of work, running from post-Easter through to approximately July.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, typically 3–4 days on site and the remainder working from home.The RoleAs the Document Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and compliance of critical project documentation.
You'll work closely with engineers and project stakeholders to ensure efficient document flow, version control, and change management processes.Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage project documentation in Aconex Ensure version control, document accuracy, and compliance with CBH standards Implement and oversee Management of Change (MOC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes Coordinate document flow between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Control and audit drawing/document registers and systems Track and manage RFIs between CBH, subcontractors, and clients Develop and update a native MDL register (including IFCs, RLMs, As-builts) Support engineering teams across Melbourne, Tasmania, and Perth Prepare monthly document control reports (approvals, rejections, etc.)
Manage the collection of critical vendor MDR documentation Issue documentation during the project and for final close-out Act as the main point of contact for CBH Provide general IT/document control system support for day-to-day operations About You Previous experience in a similar site-based document control role Strong working knowledge of technical drawings and engineering documentation Experience using Aconex or similar document management systems Excellent communication and coordination skills – able to liaise effectively with engineers and project stakeholders Strong organisational and time management abilities Experience working in infrastructure or construction environments is highly regarded The Offer Contract role commencing post-Easter, running until approximately July Work with a respected industry client on a major infrastructure project Flexible working arrangements: Site-based with work-from-home options Supportive team environment and competitive hourly rate Ready to take the next step in your career?
