The Role:We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you’ll make a real difference in participants’ lives.
As an Occupational Therapist at BluePath Support Group, you'll play an essential role in helping participants build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes. You’ll use your clinical expertise and commitment to person-centred care to create individualised therapy programs, supporting participants’ unique goals and enhancing their quality of life.
Caseload Management: Manage a diverse caseload of participants, tailoring therapy programs to promote personal growth, skill development, and well-being.
Holistic Assessments: Conduct functional assessments to understand participants’ physical, psychological, and environmental needs, ensuring a holistic approach to support.
Goal Development: Work collaboratively to set participant-centred goals that reflect each individual’s needs, circumstances, and aspirations.
Growth-Oriented Learning: A commitment to continuous development.
Evidence-Based Practice: Provide high-quality, evidence-based support that empowers participants to build life skills, confidence, and independence.
Environmental Adaptation & Recommendations: Conduct assessment and provide recommendations to successfully adapt environments for participants.
Who We’re Looking For and Key Requirements:
Qualified Occupational Therapist
AHPRA Registration
Passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting professional relationships.
Commitment to culturally sensitive and individualised care.
NDIS Workers Check
Police Check
Working with Children Check
Current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
Multilingual skills (not required, but highly regarded!)
