Work across iconic brands in the consumer goods industry. Here is your chance to join our Zenith agency as our eCommerce Performance Manager. An incredible opportunity exists here to be at the forefront of innovation, with these clients placing greater focus on digital transformation, the importance of branding and eCommerce. Ultimately, you have the opportunity to play a big part which will help accelerate your career to becoming an qualified performance marketer.
This role is accountable for planning and implementing eCommerce initiatives on platforms/marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Citrus, Facebook, and Google. Utilise your in-depth knowledge in Performance Media/eCommerce and Paid Search, and you will be responsible for implementing best-in-class digital performance campaigns. The role involves the management of both eCommerce content and media initiatives for Zenith clients.
Your scope will include:
1. Creating and implementing effective eCommerce campaigns across platforms/marketplaces (specifically Amazon, Google, Facebook, eBay and CitrusAd) that deliver high-quality results.
2. Managing all operational tasks associated with implementation and optimisation, including budget pacing, competitive analysis, administration and finance.
3. Maintaining offshore resources, ensuring tasks are completed to target date, goals and with 100 % accuracy
4. Identifying and implementing optimisations as approved by the client and utilising 3rd party bid management and digital shelf analytics tools (where relevant).
5. Develop & perform audits and scorecards using data to identify optimisation opportunities, including keyword research, content assessments, budgeting and making recommendations regarding media and advertising opportunities
6. Identify the commerce growth pillars and recognise opportunities within the clients business where Zenith Commerce can further support

What type of person will be successful in this role?
· 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role in Performance Media/eCommerce working across paid search as well as either eRetail/marketplace platforms like CitrusAd or Amazon.
· Competent in digital buying fundamentals with strong paid search foundations
· Demonstrate a solid awareness of Australian digital media landscape
· Holds relevant system certifications and can utilise all digital planning tools
· Ability to deliver compelling planning insights
· Platform knowledge across all performance channels (programmatic, eRetail, marketplace)
· Proactive attitude
