At Tarocash, we are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our Albury team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our flagship store.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with queries and purchases.
* Contribute to achieving sales targets and drive business results through effective sales strategies and techniques.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
