Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Analyze client needs and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues.
* Prepare reports on client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities.
* Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand the client base.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or account management.
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
* Fluent in Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the banking, finance, or technology sector.
* Certification in Relationship Management or Customer Service.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
