We are a not-for-profit, primary health care organization providing locally-tailored, high-quality physical and mental health services across NSW and the ACT.About the positionThe Clinical Lead is a key leadership position within the centre. The Clinical Lead provides oversight for the coordination and delivery of clinical services and ensures that day-to-day clinical work is carried out to the highest standard to meet the needs of young people and their families.The Clinical Lead provides support and guidance to the multidisciplinary team, coordinates clinical reviews, and actively supports the management of referrals and demand management strategies.This role will ensure efficient, effective, safe, and high-quality clinical and psychosocial youth mental health service delivery, consistent with best practice guidelines.This is a fixed term, part-time (15 hours per week) opportunity to 30 June 2026. Hours and days are negotiable.We are looking for someone with:Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker.
