About you We need someone that has previous experience and knowledge in building, purchasing, construction, estimating and/or appliance sales. A strong estimator that has the desire to grow and develop a great career within an ever-growing industry. A head for figures would be great, being able to organise and manage various stakeholders’ requirements and the ability to upskill yourself on the latest products available on the market is also important. Ideally you will have: Experience maintaining collateral, price lists and appliances pricing for the extensive product portfolio available so that prices are always current for Account Managers Providing accurate estimates on costs and availability of products to Account Managers Strong planning, coordination and time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills and above average customer service skills Be able to monitor and manage incoming quote requests from stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner Are proactive, organised, and have an adaptable mindset and love keeping things in order Be able to complete product pricing accurately to set deadlines as requested Enjoy liaising with Suppliers to secure best pricing opportunities and maximise profitability Provide progress reports and process quotes for products and freight Previous knowledge in building, construction and/or appliance purchasing would be beneficial Complete all administrative tasks and documents for the Account Management team in accordance with the company's requirements Confident abilities in maintaining systems, collateral, price lists, product pricing and pricing requests to internal stakeholders. Exceptional computer skills using Microsoft 365 ERP and CRM systems is preferred but not essential Previous industry experience would be favourable.
