The Senior IT Engagement Officer focuses on supporting daily operations of the D365 Financial Operations system, handling user maintenance, investigating and resolving issues, and collaborating with business stakeholders and partners. You will be part of a small, dynamic team working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and a Procure-to-Pay system.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing user requests through the Service Desk, resolving issues, and assisting with testing changes implemented by vendor partners.
* Supporting integrations with third-party applications, including the Accounts Receivable module and a Procurement system.
* Providing support across D365 Finance and Operations modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
* Analysing user requests, troubleshooting D365 releases, and coordinating changes with various teams (developers, testers, business analysts, and end-users).
* Ensuring compliance with best practices, maintaining knowledge repositories, and providing production support.
* Assisting development and testing teams in maintaining D365 FinOps solutions according to release management guidelines.
This role involves business-as-usual (BAU) support across 173 entities rather than project-based work. It requires expertise in D365 FinOps or other financial solutions.
