ABOUT THE ROLE
A rare opportunity has become available within the group's Bunbury branch, WA, for a Manager to lead a multi-disciplined team. Enjoy empowerment to grow within your role, making autonomous decisions supported by the business.
Reporting to the State Manager, responsibilities include:
4. Setting, and achieving annual sales and profitability targets
5. Managing manufacturing efficiency and delivery timelines
6. Acquiring and controlling stock
7. Recruiting and developing staff
8. Prioritising safety and implementing policies and procedures
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a candidate who:
9. Has experience as a 2IC, Supervisor or as a Manager and is looking for the next step in your career
10. Has managed or supervised a multi-disciplined team, sales, customer service, production, transport, accounting, stock control and administration
11. Can carry out Tool Box meetings
12. Ensures policies and procedures are implemented and carried out
13. Is great with people and shows high emotional intelligence coupled with strong written communication skills.
14. Ideally (but not essential) has some exposure to the building materials industry, even better if it’s with roll forming or steel distribution!
